I had severe shoulder and back pain for about 15 years. I've been through lots of treatments. Of those, only one guy told me about coffee, but I didn't take him very seriously. Then I've reduced the coffee intake dramatically, to one or two times a week, only one cup each day. The pain is gone. I read the book, and it really helped. Just a piece of advice for those of you in the same situation.

This 800 diet is so dumb. Like other restrictive diets as soon as you go back to your normal calorie eating the weight comes back on. But what would you expect from a guy who doesn’t know enough to stay out of the sun and dies because of it.

UK v sad from loss of Dr Michael Mosley & incoming winter of discontent Labour Gov't. A few metres from safety of beach cafe bar may have feinted from heat stroke or tripped & hit head death on rocks in horrid heat. He just couldnt get over the fence. Its worse that he was so close to safety. He could gave survived by drinking a bit more water at pedi town & resting in shade for a few minutes or having a bigger whiter umbrella etc. He nearly made it. My nice mate is gone. It Feels similar to deaths of Sports Champs Bobby Moore & Bob Willis & Alan Ball. All gone too soon.

I’ve gone coffee free for 9 months straight 30 years ago. I’m going to take suggestions of many posters and avoid cold turkey approach. They advise weaning of caffeine is much easier.

I saw his book when I was around 18 back in 98 and thought that has to be a scam. I read it and it finally clicked for me. That was about 6 years ago and now I have my own house and 1 rental property. Working on starting a small business in the next months or so.

The movie "The Secret" makes it seem like manifesting a request is easier than it really is... don't get sucked in to that, you attract what you are! Nothing will come to you without effort, even these mental exercises they teach are tiring and until you get what you want it takes a long time! It's not as simple as the movie makes it seem!

The proposition here is not really evolution but simple adaptation. Please do not confuse the two processes. In simple terms, evolution happens when Dog and cat conjugate and produce both dog/ cat features of each, that is evolution, a new species from two diffrent species.
